To provide and improve our services, Dev General Store collects the following information:

• Authentication Data: Phone number used for OTP login via Firebase Auth.
• User‐Provided Data: Name, delivery address, email (if you choose to set it), profile picture (if implemented), and order history/details stored in Firestore.
• Automatically Collected Data: Device identifiers, anonymized analytics (if enabled via Firebase Analytics), crash reports (if Crashlytics is enabled), and usage logs.
• Payment Data: We do not collect or store any credit/debit card information. All orders are either paid in cash upon delivery or by scanning our store’s Paytm QR code. We only store a transaction reference (Paytm receipt or COD confirmation) in Firestore for order tracking.
• Location Data: If you allow auto‐detecting your address, we collect approximate location data (city, PIN code) to suggest nearby stores and delivery options.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Authenticate and create user profiles (Firebase Auth).
• Process and track orders, send confirmations, and update delivery status (Firestore).
• Send push notifications for order updates or promotional messages (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
• Improve app performance and stability through anonymized analytics and crash reporting (Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics).

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share information only with trusted third parties as described below:

• Firebase/Google: We use Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, FCM, Analytics) to store and process user data securely on Google’s infrastructure.
• Paytm: When you choose to pay via Paytm QR code, you complete the payment through the Paytm app. We receive only a payment confirmation or transaction ID—no payment credentials are stored by us.
• No Sale of Data: We do not share your phone number, address, or order history with advertisers, marketers, or any other external parties.

4. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your data:

• Enforcing Firebase security rules so that only authenticated users can read/write their own Firestore documents.
• Transmitting data over HTTPS/TLS to encrypt data in transit between your device and Firebase servers.
• Storing all data on Google’s secure servers (Firebase Auth & Firestore), which are protected by multiple layers of security.

5. Children Under 13

Dev General Store is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To do so, please email us at support@devgenstore.com with your request. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
